Key milestones
Once an order is placed, please allow up to 2 business days for processing. When the fulfillment process begins, you will receive an email with tracking information sent to the email address provided at the time of order. Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see this email.
Please allow up to 2 days for the tracking number to be updated by the mail carrier. Due to various factors beyond our control, delivery times are not guaranteed. During this period, your order may not be scanned by mail carriers for several days and may be delivered after the estimated delivery date. If this occurs, please contact the specific mail carrier handling your item. RIAJN is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items during shipping.
Estimated shipping timeline
- Standard Ground Shipping: 5-7 business days (may be longer, depending on USPS capacity)
- Priority Shipping: 3-5 business days (may be longer, depending on USPS capacity)

Shipping discounts and digital gift cards
The cost of digital gift cards does not contribute to shipping discounts (e.g., free shipping) since digital gift cards are delivered instantly via email rather than being shipped. Shipping is free for digital gift cards. Please note, we do not offer physical gift cards.
Incorrect address
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details are correct before submitting the order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be reclaimed from the mail carrier once they have departed our facility. If you have made a mistake in your shipping information after submitting your order, send us a chat, email, or use the contact form immediately to edit or cancel your order within four hours of placing the order.
Stolen package
If your package is marked as “delivered” but has not been received, it is considered stolen. In this unfortunate situation, please file a claim with the relevant mail carrier between 5 and 15 days after the “delivery date” to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises.
Lost package
For packages presumed lost by the carrier, where the status is not “delivered,” please file a claim with the relevant mail carrier no sooner than 7 days after the last tracking update for United States domestic shipments.
