Absolutely. You can order single 5ml samples of any of our fragrances or we offer sample sets (and bundles) for those who want to explore the collections.

We are committed to 100% ingredient transparency for your peace of mind and because it's the right thing to do. We ensure all of our products are safe for typical use and compliant with FDA requirements. Refer to each individual product page for the ingredients used.

All our ingredients are ethically sourced and selected based on quality and sustainability.

We use certified organic ingredients when possible including organic vegetable glycerin and organic sugar cane alcohol.

Absolutely not. We are proud to be 100% cruelty-free. We love all four-legged friends.

The aroma is the same but the ingredients and application are different.

We blend fractionated coconut oil in our high quality fragrance oil products and recommend applying to your pulse points.

We incorporate vitamin A, vitamin E, and other organic carrier oils to our ultra-light, non-greasy body oil products which should be applied all over the body.

No need to panic. It's a natural consequence due to oxidation (a chemical reaction to oxygen) and exposure to light.

Like a fine wine, natural perfumes will evolve overtime, but rest assured, your fragrance is still high quality and ready for use.

We recommend ensuring the lid is always on tight to avoid oxygen exposure and storing your fragrances in a dark and cool place.

We recommend waiting one or two additional business days for your package to show up. Sometimes shipping carriers mark shipments as delivered before they actually arrive at their final destination.

If the package still has not arrived or cannot be located, feel free to contact our customer care team and we will try to help (email us or click on “Contact” and submit the request form). That said, please understand that RIAJN is not responsible for items that have shipped from our facility but have not been received by the customer.

We feel your pain and hope you're just doing research and this situation has not occurred.

In the unfortunate event that your package is damaged, lost, or stolen while in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping company directly as the package may be held at their facility. Or you might need to submit a claim directly with them.

As a friendly reminder, RIAJN is not responsible for items that have shipped out of our facility but have not been received by the customer.

Unfortunately not. We process and ship orders with billing and final destination shipping addresses located in the United States only. We are not able to bill or ship to any countries outside of the US.

Our guarantee to you is that if you wish to return the products that you have received for any reason, you may send it back to us postmarked within 30 days from the date your order is received. If you have received the wrong item or damage occurred during shipping, please email us or use the "Contact" link to submit a request form.

RIAJN charges sales tax in accordance with multiple and ever-changing state laws. Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within Pennsylvania at the local tax rate of 6%.

Our product packaging is thoughtfully designed to protect the high-quality oils inside. We use a variety of materials to keep the items protected and fresh.

In addition, we pride ourselves on making sure we use green materials to package and pad our boxes to ensure your order arrives safe and sound.

To ensure your product lasts the longest it possibly can, we use patented European-made ultraviolet glass bottles that are airtight and leak-proof.

All of our products are environmentally friendly and are made of 100% recyclable material.

Unfortunately, you're not able to make changes as we capture the total amount of your order at the time the order is placed. Due to ecommerce regulations and for our customers' protection, adding to or changing the order is not possible without canceling and refunding the original order. We hope you understand.

We pride ourselves in processing orders as quickly as possible and are unable to guarantee that we can cancel your order in time (before shipping preparation).

We offer digital gift cards that you may purchase on our site (type gift card in the search or click on "Shop"/"Shop All" links). The cards are all electronic with various denominations you can choose from and are emailed to the recipient as soon as we process the order.

You can redeem your gift card online by entering the code from the email attachment during checkout. Once you hit “Apply” the amount of the gift certificate will be automatically deducted from your grand total.

Unfortunately, we do not offer physical gift cards that can be mailed to a recipient.

We offer online payments and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

No. We do not sell on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, or eBay in order to ensure the quality of our products and maintain affordable pricing for our customers.

If you find our products on these platforms, they are being sold by third parties, and we cannot vouch for their quality.

Please be aware that items purchased from third parties must be returned through those sellers and cannot be returned to us directly.
